“Lelies” comes back to Flanders
From 6 September 2024 InTeam will stage the iconic musical production ‘Lelies’ in the Rode Zaal of the Fakkeltheater in Antwerp. It will be a new professional version, featuring a bevy of talented musical actors.
Producer and director Niels de Valk: “We are incredibly honoured to be able to bring ‘Lilies’ back on stage. They are big shoes to fill, as the show won a lot of Musical awards at the time. But we are sure to be able to present the strong story, complemented by Sam Verhoeven’s wonderful music, to the audience again in an attractive and, above all, surprising way. Including live orchestra.”
The main cast is also already known. Tim Saey plays the role of Old Simon, Wim Van den Driessche takes on the role of Bishop Bilodeau and Brecht Callewaert can be seen as the Grvin de Tilly.
