Brief synopsis
She is all alone in a room.
She is alone in a room… She is eating sweets… And she is looking. At herself. At how he used to paint her. Her first husband and the love of her life: Peter Paul Rubens. A painting intended for her eyes only, because the outside world would never understand. The outside world would merely glance at it and jump to conclusions. But nobody would look any closer. Nobody would really see the painting. Nobody would see the story behind it and feel the love.
She is alone in a room: Helene Fourment. She eats sweets. She talks. And she looks. And we listen. And look with her. At her life. At her love. All captured by the world-famous artist in world-famous paintings.
